Purpose
The purpose of this web site is twofold.  First, it is an excellent medium to use to share family news, photos, and other information with all members of Boschee and related families.  Second, it provides an efficient mechanism to record the known ancestral data of our family.  Unlike printed publications, it can be easily corrected, revised, and updated at any time.  It is a good way to reach other interested members of the family tree who may be interested in, but unaware of, these data.  Hopefully, contacts will be made that will lead to the discovery of additional new and interesting information about our ancestors.

The Boschee Family Association was initially formed to promote interest in researching and recording the history and genealogy of Boschee families.  One of our primary objectives is to discover and collect information, which relates to all Boschee family members including family histories, genealogies, biographies, photographs, journals, newspaper clippings, articles, and other materials relating to our family's unique history.  We encourage all Boschee and related families to compile their family stories.  And we're more than happy to help anyone who would like assistance in doing so.  For information about how we can help you compile your family history, please feel free to contact us at the address listed below.

Dedication
This web site is dedicated to our ancestors who had the ambition and courage to seek a new life in America. They left their family, friends, and homeland -  knowing they may never return again -  to experience the adventure and promise of a better life.  We owe the opportunities we have today, and indeed life itself, to their faith and pioneering spirit.

Disclaimer
Not all of the genealogical data on this site have been confirmed and documented.  Some have been personally researched and verified in original church and civil records, other data have been extracted from data bases and family heritage books prepared by others.  Hopefully, the data will aid others in assembling their own family trees, but everyone is urged to confirm and document the data on their own.  We regret any errors or omissions and would appreciate hearing from anyone who finds mistakes or can add new family data.  It is our intent to continually improve and update the information on this site.

As a group of informal family researchers, our goals are:
